Brian’s Approach

My philosophy is very simple – communicate, and always keep it honest and professional. So many candidates out there will talk with a recruiter that says they are going to help them out and that’s the last time that candidate will ever hear from that recruiter – I know from experience – and that’s not how I work. Working with a recruiter to find the right match is more than a 5 minute phone call – it’s a process from start to finish and one where I will be there every step of the way.

I tell my candidates the pros and cons of each job with each company, and above all else I want to be sure it’s a great match – both for the company, and the candidate. A job change is never anything to take lightly, and I want to make sure the decision to do so is the right one. It’s never just about the money or the job title – it’s a life changing decision, and we always have to respect that.

About Brian

Brian Klick joined Patrice & Associates in 2007 after an extensive and successful career in restaurant operations. Brian joined Patrice as a restaurant recruiter and after quick success, was promoted to a Recruiting Manager, helping to train and oversee new recruiters joining the company. In January of 2009, Brian became one of the first franchisees with Patrice & Associates, and now runs his own P&A Franchise with his own recruiting staff based in the Rockville/Bethesda area in Maryland.

Prior to joining Patrice, Brian was a District Manager for Arby’s, overseeing units in four states. He also was an Area Coach with Yum Brands in Eastern Maryland, as well as spending 10 years with Boston Market, going from crew member to Area Manager and was the youngest General Manager with the company at 21 years old. Brian also did consulting work with Phillip’s Seafood in Baltimore, Maryland, helping to open and operate two Phillip’s Express Seafood locations in Silver Spring and Rockville.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys traveling with his wife, both domestically and abroad, as well as playing in local tennis leagues.
