Gary’s Approach:

“I need a change. I’m ready for a challenging, rewarding management position, one that lets me use my unique talent and background.”
“We are looking for managers suited to our business’ specific needs, people who have the skills and work ethic that lead to increased profits and satisfied employees and customers.”

If either of these statements rings true, I can help. Even in a difficult economy, top notch management candidates are in demand in the hospitality industry. Matching the right talent with our clients’ unique needs is where Patrice and Associates comes in. Clients can rest assured that I will work diligently to help them find great candidates by using my experience to screen potential hires, finding the best fit for their businesses.

Changing jobs and/or careers can be one of the most important and anxious times in the lives of candidates and their families. That is why it is so very important to me to make sure that the candidate knows exactly what the client’s expectations are right from the start so there are no surprises. I will work with you and be your coach through the entire process, from our initial interview all the way to acceptance of your new position. I am hopeful that my professionalism, honesty, sincerity, and integrity will help me earn your trust in this rewarding process.

About Gary

Gary Tietz joined Patrice and Associates in 2009 as Regional Recruiting Manager. With thirty years of experience as both employer and employee, he understands the concerns of both. His is the third generation of a restaurant family. He was raised in every aspect of the business, ultimately taking the helm of the family’s 75-year local landmark establishment in Michigan. Prior to taking over the restaurant, he had fourteen years of experience in Dietary Management at Sun Health Corporation in Arizona. He recently seized the opportunity to sell the restaurant to take on other interests, and happily found a home with P&A. He is an active member of his local Rotary Club and is on the Board of Directors of a community bank. He lives with his wife on a lake and enjoys boating, traveling, and sports; especially his beloved University of Michigan teams.
