Harry’s Approach:

The hospitality industry is a living thing that grows and evolves daily.  Because of that there are countless opportunities every day to make great decisions about skill sets, direction and income potential.  Those who thrive in this industry are people who don’t just want a job-but a career. Over the last thirty five years I have watched talented people fail because they didn’t have a clear picture of what the next step should be.  It’s my goal to take my clients from where they are to the next step–where they could be.  From the resume through to the initial contact and the final offer getting the job is an intensely competitive process where success is often the result of how you package yourself and how you close that gap between who you are and what the organization needs. My objective is to make you the best of the rest.

About Harry

I have been fortunate to have had a varied career in the hospitality industry where I have met and worked with great people and for great organizations.   I started my career working part time to supplement my income as a teacher and then moved into several years working with some of the most respected dinner houses like Steak and Ale and Bennigans and then move to six years with Chi-Chis where I opened eighteen restaurants in two years.  I have worked with private operators and with distributors as a General Manager of a whole sale seafood house in Washington D.C.  I served on the faculty of a culinary school where I managed costs for two campuses with sixteen outlets.  My most recent engagement was sixteen years with a major fast food franchisor where I managed training in the Mid-Atlantic region.  The breadth of experience has dialed me into how the industry works and what a successful member of this community must do to get the greatest income back from-both financial and psychic. Helping career candidates make good decisions only works if you can offer all the possibilities.
