As a previous in-house Corporate Recruiting Manager in the food and beverage industry, I understand the time, energy and resources it takes to find top notch talent, especially in an industry that is as competitive as the hospitality and restaurant industry. I have seen first-hand the strain an open position can put on a hiring manager and the organization as a whole. As a Regional Recruiting Manager with Patrice & Associates, I have the resources, including a growing network of active and passive candidates that will allow me to seek out those hard-to-find candidates for you. I start by partnering with the hiring manager to gain an in-depth understanding of the ideal candidate, the position requirements, and the overall organizational needs. Utilizing my network and advertising capabilities, I then narrow down the candidate pool for you so you are only presented with the highest-qualified talent to select from. The most difficult decision you should have to make during this process is “Which candidate should I turn away?”, as you should only have the best-of-the-best to choose from.

As a candidate, I understand how time-consuming and challenging it can be to search for another job. This is why a lot of people remain content with their current employment situation, even though they may wonder if there are better opportunities out there. It doesn’t have to be as difficult as it may seem, especially when you have an advocate by your side throughout the process. Her diverse HR management background includes recruiting, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, coaching and development, training, and legal and regulatory compliance. Jaime holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
