About Mike
Mike joined Patrice and Associates after working over 14 years in the national security field and serving in the military. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati, Mike decided he wanted to serve our country and do something exciting, so he joined the United States Army. After serving five years on active duty, he served four years in the Maryland Army National Guard and started his civilian career with a privately held company in the national security industry. Throughout his career, he enjoyed success in multiple leadership positions. Now, as a Regional Recruiting Manager with Patrice and Associates, he is able to share his experiences as a leader with others who are looking for new employment or to grow personally and professionally.
Mike’s success as a leader was defined by his ability to hire the right people, build cohesive teams and provide leadership training which created a successful organization. His previous experiences give him a great advantage as a recruiter. As a former hiring manager, he understands what qualities companies are looking for in a leader. Mike was fortunate enough to work for some outstanding organizations, with great leaders, who taught him how to effectively manage a business and lead talented people towards common goals.
In Mike’s spare time, he enjoys golfing, cooking, exercising, and spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. Additionally, he is lucky enough to be an avid Cincinnati Bengals fan, and yes, he acknowledges it has been a very rough ride. He is still on the bandwagon; waiting for their first Super Bowl Championship…he knows it could be a while!
