Mike’s Approach:
I’ve been fortunate in my career to call on employment services only a few times. But the times I have found myself looking for career assistance, I recall feeling uncertain about how I was being represented to potential employers. I just didn’t know if they had my best interest in mind.
Sound familiar?
I joined Patrice and her team to work on behalf of clients like you, who need an agent to represent your interests as if they were their own. If given the opportunity to work with you, I will earn your respect and guide you to the level of your career that you deserve.
You can count on me to always be honest, respectful and passionate. And you can feel confident knowing that you have the best representation available in the industry.
About Mike
Raised in a home where his father was a chef, Mike has been exposed to the restaurant industry all of his life.
Working for Fridays in the early eighties, Mike earned his way to Kitchen Manager by the age of 21. Later in his career, he traveled the country opening restaurants in Texas, New York, and New Jersey, eventually opening the first location within a Hotel setting in downtown Indianapolis. This new Friday’s location served breakfast, provided room service and leveraged eight banquet rooms to enhance their six million dollar annual sales.
After these successes, Mike was recruited by Applebee’s, where he opened units as a Kitchen Manager and General Manager, ultimately rising to District Manager. In the late nineties, Mike served as Director of Operations for Landry’s, overseeing markets throughout the Midwest from Kansas City to Pittsburgh. Because of his extensive exposure in these varied markets, Mike brings a competitive advantage to both candidates and client companies.
Mike lives in his hometown of Indianapolis with his wife, Caroline, and his three sons David, Jake and Josh. Mike is a big Colts, Pacers and Reds fan and he enjoys playing golf, tennis and any other activity that involves competition. Mike looks forward to family vacations in northern Michigan during the summer, and migrating to Longboat Key, Florida every March. He and his family are passionate about their pets that include rescued Greyhounds.
