When I reflect on my 15 years of varied experience in human resources, I realize that the best part of working in this field was providing great service to people. I consider my business philosophy to be professionalism while delivering quality service. To achieve this, a genuine and honest assessment of a person’s career path is needed to set the stage for finding a proper solution to their unique situation. I believe this approach is paramount for success.

The reason I chose to join the Patrice & Associates team is because of the company’s philosophy – “Recruiting is not about money, it is about helping people.” I had a personal and unfortunate experience with a recruiter once that will serve as a constant reminder to me. I know exactly what it feels like to not be in the right job and I promise to never treat you that way. Successful and sustainable careers are built, not bought. It is my goal to provide you the support necessary to find, and be placed in, a position that contributes favorably to your career building goals.

For many years now, I have been blessed with a person in my life that has been a mentor and friend. For me to have that person to lean on during difficult times, laugh with during the joyous times, and share pivotal moments with has been an integral part of my life’s successes thus far. As your recruiter, my ultimate goal is to be that person for you. I want to be the person you trust and rely on to help you find the right job that fits your needs and lifestyle, as well as someone for you to turn to when you just need someone to listen.

About Stella

Stella Hernandez joined Patrice & Associates in 2009 after working many years in the human resources field. Over the past 15 years, she has obtained a diverse employment background from working with various industry employers including a law firm, television station and education/county government. Stella’s HR experience includes assessing candidates and reviewing resumes, coaching others on interviewing techniques, conducting interviews, providing support to others, and building rapport.

Stella is most proud of earning her Bachelor in Arts, magna cum laude in Business Management from Fresno Pacific University in 2008 and of her family which includes her husband, John and her two daughters, Sara and Savanna.
